Tip Simpan Cili Padi Sampai Boleh Tahan Bertahun-Tahun Lamanya,Tak Lembik & Berkulat


1. Cuci cili padi dengan air bersih, kemudian toskan sehingga kering.

2. Potong hujung tangkai cili untuk mudahkan ia menyerap bahan perapan.

3. Masukkan cili ke dalam bekas bersih, kemudian taburkan garam dan gula secukupnya.

4. Biarkan cili dalam keadaan suhu bilik selama 12–24 jam.

5. Selepas cukup tempoh, tuangkan cuka makan sehingga cili tenggelam sepenuhnya. Simpan dalam bekas kedap udara di dalam peti sejuk.

6. Apabila nak guna, ambil cili saja secukupnya tanpa cuka. Rasa cili tetap pedas dan aromanya kekal segar walaupun dah lama disimpan.

Kaedah ini dipanggil fermentasi semula jadi, di mana gula, garam dan cuka bertindak sebagai bahan pengawet.

Cuka makan bukan sahaja mengekalkan kesegaran cili, tapi juga bertindak sebagai antibakteria yang menghalang kulat dan kerosakan.

Cili yang disimpan begini sesuai digunakan untuk semua jenis masakan sambal, tumis, sup atau sebagai penambah rasa dalam masakan bergoreng.

Pastikan bekas simpanan kering dan bersih supaya cili tidak cepat rosak.
Lebih baik simpan dalam bekas kaca kerana lebih tahan lama berbanding plastik.

Cara bersihkan kesan kuning pada pengisar

• Sediakan bahan berikiut;
  1 genggam beras
  2 biji limau nipis
  Sedikit air
  

2. Masukkan semua bahan tersebut ke dalam pengisar bersama dengan sedikit saja air. Kemudian kisar beberapa minit bahan tadi.

3. Kemudian tuang bahan yang dikisar ke dalam bekas lain dan bilas pengisar.

4. Hasilnya kesan kuning yang melekat pada pengisar hilang. Jika masih ada baki kesan kuning boleh lakukan sekali lagi boleh memastikan ia bersih.
