Ni pasal webtoon Whale Star yg nak diadaptasikan ke drama tak lama lagi…
Writer Na Yoon-hee's 'Whale Star' is a work that was serialized through Naver Webtoon in 2019. Set in Joseon during the Japanese colonial period, it depicts the story of Sua, a 17-year-old girl who works as a pro-Japanese landowner, and becomes involved with an independence activist.
The main characters include Heo Soo-ah, Kang Gyun, Song Hae-soo, Han Yeon-kyung, Han In-sung, Lee Kun, and Yeo Yoon-hwa.
Netizens mentioned Kim Min-ha, Jo Yi-hyun, Shin Eun-soo, Kim Hye-yoon, Kim Hyang-gi, Park Se-wan, Park Eun-bin, and Kim Tae-ri as Heo Su-ah. He also emphasized that acting skills are important as a character who can't speak.

Actually mmg byk i baca fans manifesting hy berlakon adaptasi whale star ni, ML lee do hyun. Storyline mcm sedih2 tak silap i. Satu lagi webtoon yg fans duk manifest ialah daytime star, hy and ws. |

Tu laa i skrg sort of trganggu kalau ML or FL dlm drama yg i tgk muka plastik, walaupun drama moden, kecuali park min young. Rasa uneasy camtu. Mmg i appreciate natural beauty la skrg, sejak2 asyik tgk muka hy n ws. Now tgh lyn bi*ch X rich season 2, mmg i layan season 1 dulu yg ending trgantung. Tu laa patut bim2 ni appreciate la subeom yg hype kan LR masa baru start airing dulu, then ramai org rasa nak tgk n the rest is history la kan. I yakin subeom punya jasa sbb scenes tu yg byk depa share tu ialah scene berdua. I pun tau psl LR sbb trnmpk klip yt shorts rasanya. Sbb mmg takde promo ke apa kan kat psl LR ni, sblm tu monday n tuesday i layan midnight studio. |

BIM ws ni mmg tak tgk bts atas kapal tu ke. Kan ws sbnrnya yg bgtau hy psl shippers solseon ni gelar diri depa subeom. Benda ni bkn dlm BR pun, mmg byk clips online. Or mmg depa ni elak tgk bts two shots agaknya sbb tak nak hati sakit tgk kemesraan. Rupanya new fans mcm kita plk yg gigih tgk semua bts kan. |

Iols dah tgk the 1st 2 sol sunjae making from the bluray…apa yg iols nak cakap memang betullah junyang reservoir scene is the turning point…nmpk perbezaan in their interactions sblm & selepas scene ni…diorg shoot scene ni lepas sambut birthday hyeyoon kat set, so definitely after 10 Nov 2023…sblm tu wooseok masih nmpk malu2…tapi lepas tu dia dah start cuit2, curi2 rakam hyeyoon tgh tido…perubahan tu xdelah drastik tapi berperingkat…no wonder they said it’s like watching a documentary of woohye’s love story…
Btw junyang reservoir scene adalah scene pertama dlm LR yg agak susah utk dilakonkan…dahlah kena shoot time winter, byk take pulak kena buat…itu agaknya yg terkeluar perkataan ‘camaraderie’ & frasa ‘bagai ada kita berdua je’ dlm minda hyeyoon… |

There’s a lot of excitement.
At first, I was a bit worried.. it’s been about a year and a couple of months since I last stood in front of the camera. So I did have some concerns and things on my mind. But once we started filming, it felt like I’d stepped into a completely new kind of energy.
For some scenes, I even found myself thinking, “Ah, maybe I should try it this way,” and this active mindset kept coming to me. Everything’s been great.
These days, I start and end my day with this project, and I feel like I’m gaining so much good energy from it.

In a past interview, you said this about why you chose Lovely Runner: I could vividly picture myself as Seonjae it’s a similar feeling this time?
WS
Yes, it is. When I read the script (daegun buin), there was this one moment that really struck me. I can’t say exactly what it was just yet, but looking at the project as a whole, I think that moment played the biggest part. And even just from the character’s side, there were so many emotions I could relate to.
Rather than wondering, Will I be able to do this well? the thought that stood out more clearly was, I really want to try this.

(Smiles) I’m sorry.. I can’t share it yet.
When I read a script, it’s really important for me that each scene instantly sparks a visual in my head.. that I can easily imagine it.
And I think this project did exactly that.
So I also have this hope that viewers will find it just as easy and enjoyable to watch.
