MH17: Beberapa jasad rakyat Malaysia dikenal pasti

“Support MH17 Truth”: OSCE Monitors Identify “Shrapnel and Machine Gun-Like Holes” indicating Shelling. No Evidence of a Missile Attack. Shot Down by a Military Aircraft?
By Prof Michel Chossudovsky

Su-25 aircraft
According to the report of German pilot and airlines expert Peter Haisenko, the MH17 Boeing 777 was not brought down by a missile.
What he observed from the available photos were perforations of the cockpit:
Based on detailed analysis Peter Haisenko reached the conclusion that the MH17 was not downed by a missile attack:
This aircraft was not hit by a missile in the central portion. The destruction is limited to the cockpit area. Now you have to factor in that this part is constructed of specially reinforced material

The OSCE Mission
It is worth noting that the initial statements by OSCE observers (July 31) broadly confirm the findings of Peter Haisenko:
Monitors from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe reported that shrapnel-like holes were found in two separate pieces of the fuselage of the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines aircraft that was believed to have been downed by a missile in eastern Ukraine.
Michael Bociurkiw of the OSCE group of monitors at his daily briefing described part of the plane’s fuselage dotted with “shrapnel-like, almost machine gun-like holes.” He said the damage was inspected by Malaysian aviation-security officials .(Wall Street Journal, July 31, 2014)
The monitoring OSCE team has not found evidence of a missile fired from the ground as conveyed by official White House statements. As we recall, the US ambassador to the UN Samantha Power stated –pointing a finger at Russia– that the Malaysian MH17 plane was “likely downed by a surface-to-air missile operated from a separatist-held location”.
The initial OSCE findings dispel the claim that a BUK missile system brought down the plane.
Evidently, inasmuch as the perforations are attributable to shelling, a shelling operation conducted from the ground could not have brought down an aircraft traveling above 30,000 feet.
Ukraine Su-25 military aircraft within proximity of MH17

Peter Haisenko’s study is corroborated by the Russian Ministry of Defense which pointed to a Ukrainian Su-25 jet in the flight corridor of the MH17, within proximity of the plane.
Ironically, the presence of a military aircraft is also confirmed by a BBC report conducted at the crash site on July 23.
All the eyewitnesses interviewed by the BBC confirmed the presence of a Ukrainian military aircraft flying within proximity of Malaysian Airlines MH17 at the time that it was shot down:
Eyewitness #1: There were two explosions in the air. And this is how it broke apart. And [the fragments] blew apart like this, to the sides. And when …
Eyewitness #2: … And there was another aircraft, a military one, beside it. Everybody saw it.
Eyewitness #1: Yes, yes. It was flying under it, because it could be seen. It was proceeding underneath, below the civilian one.
Eyewitness #3: There were sounds of an explosion. But they were in the sky. They came from the sky. Then this plane made a sharp turn-around like this. It changed its trajectory and headed in that direction [indicating the direction with her hands].
The original BBC Video Report published by BBC Russian Service on July 23, 2014 has since been removed from the BBC archive. In a bitter irony, The BBC is censoring its own news productions.
Media Spin
The media is now saying that a missile was indeed fired but it was not the missile that brought down the plane, it was the shrapnel from the missile which punctured the plane and then led to a loss of pressure. According to Ukraine’s National security spokesman Andriy Lysenko in a contradictory statement, the MH17 aircraft “suffered massive explosive decompression after being hit by a shrapnel missile.” (See IBT, Australia)
In an utterly absurd report, the BBC quoting the official Ukraine statement says that:
The downed Malaysia Airlines jet in eastern Ukraine suffered an explosive loss of pressure after it was punctured by shrapnel from a missile.
They say the information came from the plane’s flight data recorders, which are being analysed by British experts.
However, it remains unclear who fired a missile, with pro-Russia rebels and Ukraine blaming each other.
Many of the 298 people killed on board flight MH17 were from the Netherlands.
Dutch investigators leading the inquiry into the crash have refused to comment on the Ukrainian claims.
“Machine Gun Like Holes”

The shrapnel marks should be distinguished from the small entry and exit holes “most likely that of a 30 millimeter caliber projectile” fired from a military aircraft. These holes could not have been caused by a missile attack as hinted by the MSM.
While the MSN is saying that the “shrapnel like holes” can be caused by a missile (see BBC above), the OSCE has confirmed the existence of what it describes as “machine gun like holes”, without however acknowledging that these cannot be caused by a missile.
In this regard, the GSh-302 firing gun operated by an Su-25 is able to fire 3000 rpm which explains the numerous entry and exit holes.
According to the findings of Peter Haisenko:
If we now consider the armament of a typical SU 25 we learn this: It is equipped with a double-barreled 30-mm gun, type GSh-302 / AO-17A, equipped with: a 250 round magazine of anti-tank incendiary shells and splinter-explosive shells (dum-dum), arranged in alternating order. The cockpit of the MH 017 has evidently been fired at from both sides: the entry and exit holes are found on the same fragment of it’s cockpit segment (op cit)
The accusations directed against Russia including the sanctions regime imposed by Washington are based on a lie.
The evidence does not support the official US narrative to the effect that the MH17 was shot down by a BUK missile system operated by the DPR militia.
What next? More media disinformation, more lies?

“Kita mahu membuktikan kes melampaui keraguan munasabah, bukan dipenuhi pelbagai kesamaran,” katanya.
Beliau ditemui selepas menghadiri mesyuarat 12 negara bersama Eurojust di The Hague.

Personal effects may be used to identify victims, says expert
Published: 2 August 2014

Personal items that are used by the victims of MAS flight MH17 are also key to helping to identify the remains of victims, says a local forensic expert. - Reuters pic, August 2, 2014.
Amidon Midon Anan, a local forensic expert who had served the Royal Malaysian Police for almost 25 years, said if such items had been mishandled or contaminated, the identification process could take longer, by three weeks or more.
"In the case of MH17, I personally think the identification process will take a long time as the bodies were not intact from the air crash.
"Investigators are looking at the original clothings on the bodies even though the colours have faded, and other personal items, such as watches, tattoos, gold teeth, rings and so on," he told Bernama.
Flight MH17 was on its way from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur when it went down in Donetsk, in eastern Ukraine near the Russian border on July 17.
The Boeing 777 airliner with 298 passengers and crew was believed to have been shot down even though no parties have come forward to claim responsibility.
Amidon, who is now a visiting lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), said as soon as the process of disaster victim identification was completed, investigators would proceed to the next phase of DNA testing for confirmation.
"Here, a blood sample of the nearest family member will be taken to match that of the victim, a process which will take less than a week. Nonetheless, in the case of MH17, it may take more time as there were many bodies and because of the condition of the bodies," he said.
Amidon, who had handled various major cases including the Highland Towers collapse in 1993, said the bodies of victims in the condominium incident were intact and identification did not have to take a long time as compared with the MH17 tragedy.
"In the Highland Towers case, there were no explosions compared to MH17 tragedy which needed meticulous gathering of scattered remains for identification.
Amidon said the MH17 tragedy could become a benchmark and a new dimension in global air crisis management and could bring local forensic investigations to a higher level.
It was reported yesterday that the international team of specialists in Hilversum, the Netherlands, where the remains were kept, had identified several bodies of Malaysian victims and further verifications were needed in two weeks.
The media had earlier reported the process would take longer as the team was also collecting criminal investigation evidence of remains besides helping to identify the bodies.
The evidence is crucial as the aircraft was allegedly shot down. – Bernama, August 2, 2014.

Map of a Tragedy:
How MH17 Came Apart Over Ukraine
The Wall Street Journal cataloged and mapped some of the debris of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, which fell across three Ukrainian villages after the Boeing 777 was brought down on July 17, allegedly by a surface-to-air missile.

dekat Hrabove

1. Vertical TailThe jet's vertical tail with the Malaysia Airlines logo lies just down the road from the aft fuselage section to which it was once attached.

2. Aft Fuselage and Horizontal Tail StructureOne of the most intact pieces of Flight 17 is a portion of the aft fuselage of the Boeing 777. This rear part, which attaches to the rest of the jet's body behind the passenger cabin, landed upside down next to a road in Hrabove, near what was left of the connection between the jet’s horizontal tail, a wing on the tail that points the nose. One of the carbon-fiber-composite horizontal tails was severed and found roughly 1,200 feet away in a grazing field.

3. Center StructureThe single largest and most concentrated debris field is along a roadside in Hrabove, more than five miles east of the western edge of the documented debris field. The underside of the wings is visible in the wreckage, identifiable by access holes used by manufacturing and maintenance crews to work inside the fuel tanks. In the charred debris field are parts of both of the jet's Rolls-Royce engines and a major structure called the center wing box that connects both wings to the fuselage and the well that holds the main landing gear. The landing gear was tucked inside the jet when it was cruising at 33,000 feet.

4. Right Rear Door FrameA cattle pasture in Hrabove is littered with pieces of the jet's fuselage skin. A part of the right side of the rear passenger cabin at the last set of the jet’s doors sits mangled, its door missing. The skin shows the identity of the Boeing 777, with the Malaysian registration 9M-MRD.

5. Left WingtipThe remains of the left wingtip, with visible signs of what appear to be shrapnel or puncture damage, sits severed from the rest of the wings, which fell and burned more than a half mile away.
6. Horizontal TailThe carbon-fiber-composite horizontal tail landed a few feet away from the remains of the wingtip near a small pond. Partially covered in mud, the tail was pulled from the nearby pond, according to one photographer.

7. Cargo Door FrameScattered pieces of the rear fuselage, like this one around the aft cargo bay, litter a field in Hrabove a half-mile from the largest concentration of debris containing the charred remains of the jet's center structure and wings.
8. Crew Rest BunksOn long-range flights like those connecting Southeast Asia to Europe, cabin crews use rest bunks to work in shifts. Malaysia Airlines installed its berths underneath the floor of the 777 at the front of the rear cargo bay. The under-floor bunks and their contents landed in a field about 1,800 feet from the main debris site in Hrabove

Sambungan ....
bahagian2 ni lak d jumpai dekat Petropavlivka

10. Lower Forward Cargo FloorThe jet’s lower forward cargo floor landed nearly five miles from the main debris field in Hrabove on a side road in the town of Petropavlivka. Local residents collected debris littered across the neighborhood and deposited it on this section of the aircraft that was once part of the forward cargo bay. Bundles of wires, air ducting, the nose landing-gear bay door and even demolished drink carts now sit on top of the silver rollers that make up the lower belly of the Boeing 777.

11. Overhead BinsIndications of the jet's pre-crash breakup are overhead bins that landed in the town of Petropavlivka, just under five miles from the center portion of the jet, where they were once installed. A passenger's in-flight entertainment system screen is seen hanging from the ceiling, next to exit-door lighting that comes on in an emergency. These bins came from the left side in economy class, near the third of four sets of doors on the Boeing 777.

12. Flight Deck Window CutoutAn early sign of what felled Flight 17 turned up in Petropavlivka, propped up against a concrete post in a small residential neighborhood. A white, red and blue piece of twisted aluminum that once made up the structure just underneath the captain's side window of the flight deck is pocked with holes that resemble shrapnel damage.

13. Left-Hand Door TwoPart of Flight 17's fuselage used as the main boarding entryway on the left-hand side of the Boeing 777 landed in a cabbage patch. The area around the door frame structure wears the remnants of the airline’s branding at the second of four of the jet’s doors. The door on the right-hand side of the aircraft was found in a field around 0.4 miles away.

14. Engine Pod PartsPieces of the under-wing pod that holds the right Rolls-Royce Trent 800 engine were found nearly 4.7 miles from Hrabove, where both engines were found. Photos of debris show the broken remains of the Rolls-Royce logo and indications of piercing damage.

15. Overhead BinsOther overhead bins were found sitting in a tree across from the Petropavlivka village hall. The Row 2 markings on the bins indicate they came from the business-class cabin.

16. Right-Hand Door TwoThe Malaysian flag adorns the mangled fuselage panel that was once the structure around the second of four doors, which remained in place on the right side of the 777 after the fall from 33,000 feet. The corresponding structure on the left-hand side of the aircraft was found in a garden about 0.4 miles away.

17. Forward Fuselage RoofThe exact sequence of Flight 17's fall to earth is still unclear, but the wide dispersal of debris across the three towns is indicative of a high-altitude breakup. A cluster of pieces of the jet's forward fuselage roof landed in wheat fields in Petropavlivka around five miles from the end of the documented debris field.
18. Upper Fuselage SkinThe violence of Flight 17’s destruction is evident in how it came to rest after its fall from 33,000 feet. The white-painted skin of the forward fuselage is pocked with what appear to be shrapnel holes. This piece, when installed on the aircraft, is just behind and above the pilot’s flight deck windows in the side or upper ceiling.

19. Forward Fuselage WallA large piece of the left side of the forward fuselage bearing Malaysia Airlines red, blue, white and gray colors landed near other forward fuselage pieces across wheat fields in Petropavlivka. The broken, outward-bent edges of the panel may be a key clue for the investigation, potentially indicative of an explosive decompression, which Ukrainian officials said occurred after Flight 17 was allegedly hit.

Australian experts examine the area of the Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 plane crash in the village of Hrabove, Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine Friday, Aug. 1, 2014.
With the sound of artillery blasts at a distance, 70 international investigators arrived Friday at the eastern Ukraine site where Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 crashed and started recovering the remains of as many as 80 victims that have been lying in farm fields for two weeks.
Several hours before they arrived, at least 10 Ukrainian soldiers were killed when their convoy was ambushed by pro-Russian separatist rebels in a town close to the wreckage site. Thirteen more soldiers were unaccounted for after the attack, officials said, and the bodies of four more people were being examined to determine whether they were soldiers or rebels.
But the team was able to launch what is expected to be a painstaking search and “brought back all the human remains they found,” said Ilona de Ruyter, a spokeswoman for the Dutch-led recovery operation. She provided no further details on the remains.
The investigators from the Netherlands and Australia, plus officials with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, traveled from the rebel-held city of Donetsk in 15 cars and a bus to the crash site outside the village of Hrabove.

Australian and Dutch experts examine a piece of the Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 plane, near the village of Hrabove, Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine Friday, Aug. 1, 2014.
As they set up a base to work from at a chicken farm, an Associated Press reporter heard artillery fire in the distance. It was impossible to tell how far away shells were landing and whether the Ukrainian army or rebel forces were firing.
The investigative team’s top priority is to recover human remains that have been rotting in midsummer heat of 32 degrees Celsius since the plane went down on July 17. They will also try to retrieve the belongings of the 298 people killed aboard the Boeing 777.
After they arrived, members of the team wearing gloves broke up into small groups and walked into fields of scrub. They placed items into blue plastic buckets, but it was impossible for journalists prevented from getting close to see what they had collected.
Other team members gathered around plane wreckage, taking photos of debris from the jet’s fuselage and tail. Rebel fighters guarding the perimeter of the zone stayed away from the investigators and some patrolled the streets of the neighbouring village of Rozspyne.

Australian experts examine the area of the Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 plane crash in the village of Hrabove, Donetsk region, eastern Ukraine Friday, Aug. 1, 2014.
Ukraine and the West contend the plane was shot down by the rebels with a Russian-supplied missile. Rebel leaders publicly deny it, but one top rebel official has told the AP on condition of anonymity that insurgents were involved in the operation that downed the plane.
Friday’s search effort came after a smaller advance investigative team managed to perform a preliminary survey of the area a day earlier. For days, clashes along routes to the wreckage site had kept investigators from reaching the site. Independent observers warned that there has been tampering with evidence.
The sprawling site of fields in between two villages is now designated a crime scene and was being divided into grids for systematic searches for remains, belongings and jet crash evidence, Australian police officer Brian McDonald told reporters in Hrabove. Specially trained dogs will be also be used in the search, McDonald said.

Tiada nada cemas
2014/08/03 - 06:11:39 AM

Berdasarkan analisa kapten,
berdasarkan pada initial blackbox report tu, pilot ada few seconds jer selepas kena tembak , they were busy trying to regain control before the plane breaking up. tak sempat la tu nak buat emergency call, dalam keadaan terumbang ambing dalam cockpit, nak capai mike untuk transmit pun tak tercapai agaknya.
