You can start with small goals, such as doing yoga for 15 mins every day. Then slowly you can extend the time spent on practising yoga. Always remember that yoga focus on the journey within yourself. If you can't do a certain post on your first try, it is OK. You can start from the easiest post. The more you practice, the better you will become. You will be able to perform the difficult post one day.
