sebab owner culas nak bayar fee la penghuni lain pun kadang kena tanggung akibat..
so kau dah pilih beli rumah yang ada jmb, so reti-reti la bayar fee..

Lain kali beli je rumah tanah tak gaduh nak fikir kena bayar maintenance fee dah.  Time tengah lebat seronok ler time dah sesak maintenance fee tu pun boleh jadi beban.

di zaman semua urusan kewangan boleh dibuat menggunakan hp and jari je, macam susah nak terima alasan busy tak sempat bayar n terlupa bagai. Sambil baring2 pun bole bayar bil, maintenance, cukai etc. Bukan macam dulu nak bayar bil kena pergi pos opis, kena pergi pejabat.

Bil kalau dah tertunggak berbulan2 lagi lah jenuh nak bayar. Dah dok kondo, bayar jela maintenance fee tu semua. Tak comolot ke dengan management situ?

Aku rasa dia bukan terlupa. Dia malas nak bayar sebab dah tak dok situ.
Tapi management pun agak-agaklah tak kasi owner masuk rumah sendiri. Memang sewajarnya kena lepuk.

nape tak bayar online then bagi lah bukti kat management kata dh byr semua tertunggak tu? confirmed lah depa bg masuk. benda boleh setel iols rasa, patutnya heols kena rileks lah. bak kata org management rumah meols, management ni kdg2 bukan xnak bagi muka tp takut ramai jadikan dia as precedent plak utk bagi alasan xnak bayar nanti just sbb nak g amek brg. maybe lah kan. kdg2 management ni depa buat kerja jer ikut house rules tu. strict is perlu kdg2 supaya org x pijak kepala.

depends kat house rules tu chuols. selalunya house rules tu mmg owner2 situ yg decide dlm meeting. ni based on pengalaman meols lah dok dekat rumah puncak awan ni.

Ada org mng cari rumah yg guarded mcm kondo sbb senang nk buat aktiviti x senonoh mcm dadah, hudi, letak skendel bla blz bla sbb diorg tau unauthorized person mmg totally x dibenarkan masuk waima rombongan cik kiah dari kg nk jengok sedara pun kea jumpa kt luar

Maleh iols nak korek lebih2 dari pacit dia yach

Yang pasti awal tu kaya sejak zaman asterukkk dulu... celah gigi je nak bayar tunggakan jmb segala mak nenek tu..  family dia pun keturunan kaya raya old money..
