tqah pun mmg nak sgt bukak restoran sendiri..
sbb tu lah dulu tqah sanggup keluar matriks utk ambik kos foodservice mgt yg tqah tgh blaja skarang walaupun ditentang habis-habisan oleh abah...
tqah ambik kos FSM ni kat uitm je..
kat uitm pun byk kelas praktikal..
kalau utk kos culinary art, mmg byk kelas praktikal berbanding kelas teori..
pastu, masa semester 4 n 6 akan dihantar praktikal..
cuma uitm ni xde lecturer dari oversea yg akan dtg observe...
mesti berdebar sgt bila tiba time penilaiannya kan??

hai...lamanya xnampak awoks..
awoks ambik kos apa? :-)

mmg xbosan kalau ada kelas praktikal ni..
tp plg bosan bila balik bilik..
masa tu kaki lenguh yg teramat..hehehe..
kalau kelas praktikal pagi, ptg tu mmg liat sgt nak pegi kelas.. :-p
kalau kelas mlm, pukul 12 mlm baru boleh mandi..lepas mandi, mesti lumur minyak ubat panas supaya xkejang masa tidur..hehehe..
pagi esoknya, mesti ramai yg terlambat ke kelas.. :-p
tp kelas2 praktikal ni mmg xboleh dilupakan...mmg seronok.. :-)

awok amik course bisnes la..kat uitm segamat..
bosan gak course nih..menghapal jek..slain menghapal mengire...huhu..

emm...ttg peluang pekerjaan tu tqah xbrape tahu..
tapi insyaAllah sentiasa ada...sbb semua org perlu mkn..semua tempat kerja mesti akan ada seorang chef..
kalau dpt jadi assistant chef atas kapal, cthnya kapal tmpat org2 petronas mencari gali petrolium, mmg mahal sgt gajinya..
2 minggu keje =rm4000..kalau chef, dlm rm6000...
itu yg tqah dgr lecturer tqah cerita.. :-)
kalau kita usaha, xmustahil boleh kaya dlm bidang ni..
sbb bidang makanan ni xakan lupus..cuma kita perlu kreatif sket.. :-)

hari tu chef wan ada datang kat uitm dungun, khas utk bdk2 hotel..
chef wan dulu pun bermula dari bawah jgk..
tpi sbb dia rajin berusaha, dengan cepat dia boleh naik.. :-)

emm..kalau budak2 yg kena tendang tu, mmg jarang sgt..
kecuali kalau betul2 xbelajar.. :-)
kalau kelas praktikal, mmg senang sgt nak lulus, tapi susah sket nak dapat A..
kalau kita xpenah ponteng, mmg sure akan lulus.. :-)

nanti tqah pos gambar2 tqah dlm kitchen..utk menarik minat trusnowan ambik kos ni.. :bg:

tqah skarang sem 5...masuk lewat 1 sem dr awoks..hehehehe..

tqah dulu pun budak sains, ambik KH masa form 3 dulu pun ambik yg pertukangan tu..

peluang pekerjaan ade lorrr...........luar and dlm

ramai mmbe keja kat middle east.....

tpi mula dr bwh.... 'commis'

kalo nak sambung degree..fakulti hotel and tourism mgt ni ade tak..
kat shah alam..cam berminat la plak..
nak pursue degree in hotel ke ape...

boleh...tapi kalau ada pengalaman dlm masak memasak ni mcm satu kelebihan kat kita..

a'ah...tqah masuk intake disember..
sbb sblm tu masuk matriks jap..
tp kuar sbb xsuke dgn fizik...hehehe..alasan semata2 je tu..padahal tqah lagi minat kos hotel ni, sbb tu sanggup kuar..
utk degree ada utk hotel mgt, foodservice, culinary arts, tourism mgt..
ada kat penang n shah alam..
kat dungun ni utk diploma sahaja..
tqah nanti habis diploma ni pun nak sambung degree trus..
kalau ada rezeki, lepas degree nak sambung food science..
bolah jadi dietition - satu pekerjaan yg tqah minat jgk..

lecturer tqah ada ckp, utk semester depan, degree untuk fakulti hotel n mgt akan dibuka balik kat dungun...hehehe..

sesape yg belajar CA  atau HM ni dekat usa mesti kena pandai main judi table tu, pasal setiap hotel kat sane kan ade kasino... depa mmg ade subjek ni...

ermmm....sekarang ni DCA klu dulu DCT. best memang best tapi kena kuat fizikal dan mental la. amik course kitchen nie memang penat. klu kena maki ngan lecturer tu perkara biasa jer

DCT (Dip. Chef Training) lagi manyak kali kuar praktikal.  3 sem kena kuar. klu dapat hotel2 kat KL memang ler mencabar tapi best lots of knowledge and experience yg bleh dapat.

Sesiapa yg nak blajar about hospitality or culinary dipersilakan. tak rugi jika itu betul2 minat anda.
