He..he..Saza, jangan risau, Cali guna vinegar biasa aje & tambah gula sikit. Menjadi jugak. Kat sebelah tu buat vege dengan udang tempura. Tapi miso soup tu instant punyalah.....tak kemas sangat ialah first time buatkan..

saza..cam senang jer tu..sebab mje dah selalu baut mee 2 rebus dari macam2 resepi. dan mje suka mee basah sabah...cam chinees food  la...boleh  la paham resepi saza ni......cuma nak tau apa tu "wakame"..?

Pehhhh korang ni kalau bab makan bukan main lagi yaa sampai cheq ni terliur hah ... baru 15min log off , dtg balik tengok resipi dah panjang

Bagus, bagus korang nih, jgn lupa sertakan resepi sekali ya, senang kitorang nak try nanti (kalau rajinlah hehehe)

Wakame is often used in soups such as the miso soup or in sunomono salads. Wakame is usually sold in dried form, and is soaked in water before usage. The picture shows wakame in dried and soaked form.

Ini pulak tajine ayam dan buah zaitun. Speciality dari Morocco. Tajine tu sebenarnya nama periuk tanah yang diorang guna untuk masak masakkan ni. So simple to do, ni resipinya

Seekor ayam potong lapan
1 biji bawang besar - hiris halus
1 sekilo ubi kentang - potong 2
500 gr tomato - potong 4
Garam, lada hitam
Secawan daun ketumbar yang dihiris
Air semangkuk
Buah zaitun semangkuk

Letak semuanya dalam heavy pan except buah zaitun & daun ketumbar. Tutup dan letak atas api sederhana dan biarkan mendidih selama 20 minit. Kacau dan biarkan lagi on the slow fire this time. Check the potatoes & ayam kalau dah masak ke belum. Tambah air sikit kalau perlu. Tutup dan biarkan mendidih selama 5 minit, tambahkan buah zaitun dan daun ketumbar tadi dan biarkan selama 10 min. Makan dengan roti canai pun sedap...

alaahh..menda alah ni rupanya...tau la.. selalu nampak ..(kat dalam drama  korea- orang makan cam gitu jerkan..)

Saza, ejaannya kalau tak salah carpaccio. Normally guna raw meat atau raw fish. Ingrediantsnya yang kat sinilah...

Raw salmon/meat
Olive oil - try to get the best quality
Lemon juice
Fresh Dill
Bit of salt and pepper

Hiris nipis ikan salmon. Tuangkan olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, salt and pepper, dan biarkan marinated at least 1 hour. Best eaten dengan fresh bread or warm potatoes

Ramen
(with corn)

Ingredients:


2 packages ramen noodles
1/2 cup whole corn
1/2 cup bean sprout
1 tbsp batter
2 tsps salt
5 cups chicken soup stock
2 tsps sesame seeds
How to Cook:


Put batter in a frying pan and saute corn and bean sprouts.
Boil ramen noodles for a couple minutes and drain.
Put chicken soup stock in a pan and add salt.
Add ramen noodles in the pan.
Serve ramen noodles and soup in ramen bowls.
Put sauteed corn and bean sprouts on top of the ramen and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Alahai, kain batik datang dari terengganu you.....tempura tu kejap sekali pusing je dah habis. Sushi tu my hubby je yang makan. I tak leh...

Saza, resipi tajine tulah yang paling simple sekali rasanya..Selalunya diorang kat sana suka letak daging kambing dengan buah prune. Tu version sweet and salty. Bulan puasa ni boleh lah buat..

sama la..hubby kita pun cam tu..tapi mje suak gak cuma lepas makam tu sendawa tak brapa sedap bau salmon tu kuar balik.. kalau kat sini mje dapat kpala salmon free jer..pas tu grill stail bbq.. .. sedap. dan senang..l
