PETALING JAYA: The newly launched MyBayar Saman app is down due to heavy user traffic, Bukit Aman confirms.
"Yes. It is due to the response and large volume. We will reopen it after the system has been reconciled," said Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) director Deputy Comm Datuk Azisman Alias (pic) when contacted. In an Instagram post on Friday (March 26), the department said that users could still register and check the status of their summons. The application was officially launched Thursday (March 25), with the police offering discounts of up to 50 per cent on selected summons until April 11
