Susah kan tinggal rumah mentua. Huhuhu. Tu pushing factor paling utama nak cari rumah sendiri. Kalau dah harga sewa lbh kurang harga beli, baik cari cara utk beli. Huhu. so nnt nak masuk rumah ape je yg kena bayar? Sambung letrik, air? And then ada apa2 lagi tak? Share2 sikit

masuk air and letrik, kena bayar duit maintenance.. semua ni almost 1k. Yang maintenance tu katanya untuk lampu, jalan apa bagai for 6 months. Paling senang tnb, pergi machine bayar deposit dah settle.. tak payah bawa dokumen apa2

nanti lepas ni baru nak survey2 grill and wiring sikit2.. nak kena beli kipas lampu semua. Kena buat sikit2 mana penting dulu, poket tak berapa tebal ni huhuh

sekarang dalam proses pemaju repair defect. tak tau bila siap..

aku suka dgn komen ko
patutnya semua yg ko cadangkan tu, kene masuk dlm module kursus kawen or abg subjek elektif ms final year kt uni
ye ke..asal fresh grad stat keje je, trus sambar keter jepun,.pastu share nama bf gf.pastu bila dh clash, satu hal la pulak nk kene split nama bagai
tu blom lg bab rumah, credit card bagai

Cousin i dpt pusaka bapanya tak kena pun

Kalau bagi bulat2 ikut faraid mmg dia kira sepuluh hengget je satu geran (kalau x silap) utk pindah milik property.

Tapi bg kes harta pusaka yg refer ke high court, (jumlah harta si mati lebih 2jota), let say si mati ada 3 biji rumah dan nak dibagi pd 3 org waris. Dan waris2 bersepakat nak bagi sorang satu biji (no share2 bahagian faraid), kes yg mcm ni mmg kena byr stamp duty.

Aku beli rumah pas kawen, cuma masa bujang aku ada sebiji motor dan xada apa loan
Masa nk kawen aku saving rm1k+ sebulan dan kurangkan enjoy
Pas kawen, kami cri rumah dkt dgn kmpg aku, sbb biarpun jrg balik tpi xnk  dudukrmh mak aku sbb ramai dok sana, so beli guna loan lppsa
Lepas ada anak, rmh sewa (tempat kerja skrg) ada cina nak beli buat homestay nk pajak rm20k sebulan, terus dia bgi notis suruh kuar, oleh kerana terdesak aku beli rmh ada org nk jual guna personal loan
Hari tu tgk mudah, tgk ada jual rumah pr1ma kt area org rmh aku, so saje test mohon dapat lak, dpt diskaun dkt 30%, so minggu dpn nk sign s&p  kt pjbt lawyer sbb loan dh approved
Plan thun depan nk buat grab nampaknya

Jangan ambil strata title kalau xnak kena bayar maintenance fee..tu je caranya..komuniti berpagar dgn rumah bertingkat biasa ada maintenance fee..

Menyewa pun ok sbb ramai owner rumah buat bisnes sewa ni mestilah depa  ...

Kesiannya sis....maybe sis boleh wasiatkan harta sis ke jalan kebaikan bila sudah tiada nanti...contoh sumbangkan duit tu untuk kajian kesuburan di Malaysia.

Lepas tu hina org lain travel tp x mampu ada rumah. Honestly i rela travel every year instead of buying house/s. Sb pencapaian takat ada rumah je la. Org yg travel lg syok, mcm2 memori kumpul. Walaupon x beraset, tp memori & experience tu lg mahal. Dlu2 ok la beli rumah. Skrg rumah terlampau mahal tp gaji sama je atau beza pon around 200-300 dari dlu2

Zmn dlu ok lg nk beli. Ni andai kata rumah naik 500k ke 1M pon belum tentu jual dpt cash 500k lg. Pinjaman je almost 1M, belum kira ada ke x buyer nak beli dgn rege tu

aku berjaya beli pun menapak jauh.. sbb pkir byr bln2 sewa rugi la sbb bkn rumah sendiri..

tp mmg aku tak suka la makan pun berkira.. nak mkn daging tunggu time kenduri... brg dlm rumah byk diy...  tp duit aset byk haha

klau bercuti pun stakat p kolam air panas yg free haha

boring je koje penat2 haha
