entah2 bos akak ni mintak benda yg bukan2...akak ni tak nak tak layan maka diletakkan dlm PIP.....itu pun kalu bos dia laki kaki romen laa ..........dah byk dah kes mcm ni bos miss used power

i wonder how la the HR buat kerja sampai boleh kena saman balik...  hahaha...  tapi bagus gak kes ni jadi camni sebab akan buat boss2 kepala tak betul beserta HR2 yang kaki ampu beringat sebelum terkena...

tahniah Norain...  cuma sepatutnya sebelum ko amek surat pemecatan tu, hantar grievance terus ke Tan Sri...  percayalah, memang akan diambil action secepat mungkin...  dont play2 with Tan Sri, dia memang ambil berat aduan staff ni...

Belum habis lagi, mungkin kakak ni akan dapat RM1.13 Mil dia, atau  kena tunggu lama, atau akhirnya end up tak nampak sehingget pun.

Petronas masih ada peluang untuk bawa Award Mahkamah Perusahaan ni untuk buat Judicial Review ke High Court kemudian kalau kalah, ke Appeal Court. Kalau kalah lagi, ke Federal Court.

Tapi kalau Petronas comply dengan Award Mahkamah, alhamdulillah. Tahniah lah.

salu nya HR & company  sebesar ni tak akan lah nak biar kes sampai masuk court. mesti nak setel luar mahkamah je. kes ni teruk sangat and sure win to akak ni lah sebab tu lawyer soh gi mahkamah kot.

atau HR dia mmg bengap.

kalo baca full case IR yang ni, memang selayaknya sheols menang.

tapi samada Petronas akan comply atau buat rayuan, kita wait and see

i know the difference.. actually industrial court pun boleh nak recover utk gaji especially those ynag x dicoevr under Employment Act..

tu la.. ada a few orang petronas aku kenal yang sekrang mmg x de keje.. tunggu freelance je.. especially yang overpaid dalam bidang bukan technical..

unless kalau ready nak dpt pay cut.. terima je la..

aku rasa dalam kes kak norain ni..mmg special sket, kalau tngok last job scope die pun mmg special... mana ada company2 buat localisation/malaysianisation ni...aku rasa petronas je la kot.. mmg susah la kalau nak cari bidang ni kt mana2 company.. so aku paham nape die dpt such damages..

kalau tngok die punye experience pun...de bukan buat HR je, contract management pun die pernah buat kat Petronas..

within 40 days dorang boleh bawak untuk Judicial Review but she will most likely to be compensated, sebab Industrial court ni x leh appeal.. 1 million is fair.. considering the number of years she worked with petronas.. rasa berbeloi.. sesuai la muka petronas kene macam tu..

I've been in similar situation with a Korean well known company. Sebab HR dia tak profesional kena game kat Jabatan Perindustrian terus. So I realized tak semua big company tu profesional and I need to master akta kerja. So I amik HR workshop dengan satu lawyer

Rupanya ramai orang taktau akta kerja baik my parents, bapa I yang peguam tu, even my family and relatives langsung yillek. So I must be in the right place. I takmo kena game bila hiring labor

Now that im in professional relationships with shariah & civil lawyers, so ever ready to unleash the beast

i have dealt with a few cases involving both labour ngn industrial court claims...boleh la sket2.. x la expert mana

betul tu sis..banyak bende kene tau.. sebab tu ramai kadang2 buat2 dono je bab2 EA ni..

tapi question die.. company mampu ke tak.. sebab tu banyak dismissal kat industrial court ni x successful sebab compay mmg x mampu nak bayar... industrial court claim die boleh cecah berjuta (lebih2 lagi kalau dah keje berpuluh2 tahun) ..

selalunye company akan try settle sebelum masuk court masa sessi dengan company rep .. time ni company akan bg the best and reasonable compensation.. tapi iols rasa norani ni tau..petronas banyak duit kot.. dan die tau die ada strong case.. and sheols pun HR, of course die tau apa patut ada..

sahs ah la die proceed to the court..

norain ni SM last position die..  25k tu aku rasa dah termasuk all statutory benefits/entitlements EPF/SOCSO (employer bayangkan kalau 15%) kot.. maybe gaji heshe kurang 20k basic..

petronas ni kalau bukan technical post, bukan besar mana pun..sama je kot ngn company2 lain.. maybe dorang lebih cket la..ada je manager yang aku kenal kat sana.. keje dah lebih 10 tahun, gaji x smpai 5 angka lagi..

Oh kalau tak mampu tak boleh bayar juga ya. Lagi-lagi small business owners ataupun co yang performance tengah menurun. Menang atas kertas je. Sama macam kes court shariah, kalau ex takmampu tak boleh bayar juga
Sis banyak bagi insider clues kat kes noraini ni ^^ takde mention kat artikel sheols orang HR or malaysianisation. Tapi kalau noraini still nak bekerja dalam industri memang kena menang untuk bersihkan nama. Once kena buang macamtu memang majikan takut nak ambil. Lebih kurang membunuh karier seseorang
