Resepi Congo Bars Sedap - CSR

Hai ,
korang boleh cuba resepi ni
saya dah cuba mmg menjadi

tapi saya improvise part gula ,
saya guna 130g brown sugar, 100g sugar

kemudian saya tambah hazelnut yg di sangai
racik halus, dah juga coklat urai ( chocolate rice )

chocolate masuk kan dlm adunan
dah juga tabur sebelum bakar

bakar selama 30-40 minit
pada suhu 160-180 deg celcius
(adjust ikut size oven and jenis oven anda)

dah siap , sila potong segiempat kecik2
dan letakkan dalam cupcake utk di hidang

Apakah Congo Bar?

Congo Bar ni adalah brownies + cookie dough + choc chip cookies. Kesimpulannya... Congo Bar ini seperti brownies. Selalunya brownies guna coklat sebagai bahan perisa utama, manakala Congo bar gula perang dan mentega. Rasanya seperti caramel. Manis, chewy, lemak, wangi. Tekstur seperti kukies coklat cip lembut. Bahan penambah kesedapan congo bar ini ikut sukahati. kacang walnut, kacang pecan, kelapa, Coklat M & M. Tapi bahan wajibnya coklat chip.

Selain dikenali sebgai congo bar ia juga dipanggil sebagai Blondies. Entahlah ia ke tidak. Nanti kita cuba.

Kenapa panggil bar? Sebab ia dipotong seperti bar, empat segi panjang tu.

Sedap ke? Kesedapan Congo bar ini bergantung bahan yang digunakan. Oleh kerana bahan utamanya gula perang dan mentega, carilah yang terbaik. Harum satu rumah. Guna mentega tulin bukan marjerin atau mentega campuran nanti kesedapannya kurang.

Bkn ape..jarang org letak nama negara congo tu..mgkn coklat tu berasal dari congo kut..

tapi jarang orang nak share resepi
sebb orang buat bisnes jual congo bars ni

puas iols cari resepi merata2
so bila dah jumpa
dah try sedap plak , yummy
so iols share la dgn semua org

Oh tq chuols...kalu gula byk ni nampak mcm size 7 x 7 inci ngam. Dulu meols pnh buat guna resepi acik omputeh..manis berdentum.

try la resepi yg ni  , klu gula tu rasa byk boleh adjust or ganti semua dgn brown sugar

tapi hari tu iols buat masa raya ...
dua loyang tu byk siap agih2 kat jiran
ipar2 semua kata x manis sgt ...


chocolate chip tu iols guna brand hersheys, semi sweet

satu potong (78gm) congo bars bersamaan 270 kalori tapi takdenye skali makan tu sepotong je kan
