Betul tu.. mcm kat company lama i pun gitu.. dept i cuma ard 10 ladies jer. Sorang jer blm kawin. 7 of us silih berganti amik maternity leave. At one point, ada clash 3 org on leave at same time pasal edd masing2 semua selang brape minggu. Manager pun pregnant jgk. Tak tunggang terbalik pun dept tu. Dorang siang2 plan amik part timers dan contract staff untk tolong mana2 yg patut. Btw, kat tmpt i, maternity 16 weeks.

Kalau dengan cuti bersalin 60 hari pun aku memang takkan bagi staff pompuan pegang post critical and penting.  Make sure kerja yang dorang pegang tu jenis yang kalau dorang takder lama pun takper. Korang kena pilih la...kalau nak utamakan family, certain part of kerjaya korang kena let go. Takleh tamak nak dua-dua. No such thing.

I kerja dgn several EU countries seronok je maternity leave setahun, berbulan2. Paternity leave pun lama. Itu lah gunanya knowledge transfer. Kalau sorg kiok, org lain boleh ganti.

Bygkn..ank yg berusia 2 bln kita antr nursery/ pengasuh...menyeramkan...lembut2 lg...

Dgn new mom yg akan facing dgn ppd...korang igt semudah itu je ke jd mak..lps bersalin, pantang terus sihat?

Ppd duration - start deliver up to 12 mo bersalin....so watch out babe! ...read lots about post patrum deliver....

Apa salahnya bg 3 bln cuti...myb blh buat terms n cond..for nxt yr, they wont entitle bonus or pro rate for contractual bonus..might be fair for 3monts on leave.

Cuti bersalin tu memang perlu. Hak pekerja kena dijaga. Itu kita semua maklum. Cuma tempoh yang terlalu panjang beri kesan pada majikan & rakan sekerja. Kena cover kerja atau cari part timer. Jadi majikan kena sesuaikan lah dengan keadaan & berbincang dengan pekerja.

Ada limit cuti bersalin.
Kalau gomen 360 hari.
Kalau ambik 90 hari, anak 4 org je boleh.

mostly netizen bagi pandangan dari sudut sebagai pekerja.
how about dari segi majikan? tak perlu ambil kira ke?
adil ke untuk majikan bayar gaji free 3 bulan & pekerja lain yang perlu take over kerja selama 3 bulan tu?
melainkan ada option lain.
maksimum 2 bulan cuti bergaji. kalau nak extend boleh cuti tanpa gaji atau flexible working hours atas budi bicara majikan.

Betul at least increase bonus untuk pekerje yang ganti tu atau ade hardships allowance, kalau nak jage kebajikan jage semua kebajikan pekerje jangan yang dah kahwin boleh beranak je jage, mane jenis jodoh tak sampai, mane rezeki anak tak sampai walupun memang nak sangat anak tak di jage

Tula pasal iol beranak 2 je sbb tau kemampuan weol laki bini...tp iol la yg selalu kena ganti kolig produtif ni....ambik kesempatan betul sbb iol ni jenis diam...
Yg x tahan dh habis cuti bersalin tu blh pulak deme mc, el manjang....iol kdg rasa depress dgn sikap deme ni...

Aku setuju je kalau maternity leave tu max 1year on condition 60 days tu bergaji and remaining mths tu unpaid...up to the mothers nk macam mana...fair to everyone involved...
