dari awal tahun ni dah start control sugar intake & control portion makan.. dapatlah lost 5kg

dekat office before balik dulu selalu buat ping shuai gong (senaman hayun tangan) utk blood circulation. enjoy juga senaman ringan ni hanya kurang 15 mins, bos yg recommend, boleh search di youtube

lepas syawal ni nak turun gym balik, pergi gym pun dlm 45mins masa lunch hour sbb ada gym di office

Mmg boleh capai target tp paling lama pon 3 bulan  ...

Nak consistent buat intermittent fasting (IF)..

Either berat atau inch yg akan turun..

IF buat hari2, consistent penurunan berat and inch..

Bersukan.. mcm2 buat.. jogging. zumba. yo ...

Perut ni senang je..

U jaga portion makan..

Klu makan byk dan x jaga, mmg buncit..

Air manis, cara pemakanan mempengaruhi kenaikan/penurunan berat badan..

IF x kan buat u haggard..

Sbb u makan tp mengikut jadual..

Dan u makan nasi, bukan skip dan ikat perut makan salad..

Not GM diet either..

Makan ikut jadual buat badan u lebih disiplin dan x overdose makan

Haah..

No choice part ni..

Even u minum manis2 dan buat sit up pon x menjanjikan perut kempis..

Tp klu u jaga makan minum yes perut kempis..

80% adalah dr pengawalan makan minum..20% on exercise..

So faham2 lah kan..

Tuan rumah sediakan kopi teh, segan nak mendiva kt rumah org minta air kosong..

Tp klu diletak air kosong mmg i jamaj air kosong je..

Lemang pon sepanjang raya i makan sepotong bulat kecik tu..sbb cal utk sepotong tu dh 100..

Ketupat nasi ok lg..yg cal tinggi mcm kuah kacang rendang tu..jd makan seadanya..

Dan i kerap minum air kosong klu ada minum air manis masa ziarah raya..

Habis beraya i balik semula seperti biasa..

Sambung puasa dgn IF..

baru cuba minum air suam lemon pagi2 sebelum breakfast...tgk petua..I rasa mcm ok juga
