sy puasa isnin & arini ... berbuka mkn ns tp sesenduk je ...
smlm x puasa tp mkn skit2 je .. sarapan ambk oat & roti & telur sebiji ... tghari mkn kacang segenggam ptg pn ambk lg segenggam ... minum ACV gak ...mlm mkn ns sesnduk je lauk ayam goreng seketul & sayur ...

buka arini pn daging & timun ns sesenduk ..

sy buat lompat bintang hr2 100x ... pastu yoga skjp ... tp x nafikan mmg ada ambl produk kurus ... hehehe

takpe alya, bukan ubat kurus, tapi supplemen utk support diet

saya pun amik supplemen jugeeeee


walaupun amik supplemen, makan still kena seimbang & berkhasiat. dalam sepinggan makanan yg kita ambik tu wajib kena ada sumber karbohidrat, protein & lemak sihat, jgn ada yg short ye..

   tertinggal ketapi sudaaaaa... igt ye babasai, selasa & rabu waktu nk update berat, rugi dah sbb penurunan babasai ni bagus, patut ranking tu duk atas lagi.. takpe saya save je dlm file copy saya, next week jgn lambat ye..

haa...tadi check kat howfatru...BMI dah turun dari almost obese ---> overweight la....huhu dah turun kelas skit...29.2 kepada 28.7..
fat % pun dah turun dari 34.3 kepada 33.4........

puas hati...walaupun berat turun skit tapi shape mengecik...
