An American Muslim fencer, who is the country’s first Olympian to wear a hijab, says she does not feel safe in the US due to the country’s increased anti-Muslim rhetoric.

Ibtihaj Muhammad, 30, is currently in Rio de Janeiro preparing to represent the US in sabre fencing. She is ranked eighth in the world and is gearing up for her first Olympics after missing the 2012 London games because of a hand injury.

While much has been reported of concerns over health and safety in the Brazilian city, Muhammad says she feels unsafe in the US.

“[I feel unsafe] all the time. I had someone follow me home from practice and try to report me to police,” she told theDaily Beast. “And this is right on 28th and 7th in New York City.

“I’m very vocal about these things because I want people to know I’m not a novelty, I’m not special in any way. I’m a woman who wears hijab and these are my experiences."

Dari lebih 500 komen di atas, boleh la meols simpulkan 80% komen mmg x setuju dgn yunnam ni..20% tu mmg setuju mengakui apa yg yunnam tujukan pada depa sebagai racist tu mmg penjilat tegar beliau. Biar dilabel bangsa hina oleh yunnam mereka tetap  sujud, seperti sujudnya yunnam pada usher.

Komen peribadi meols - meols suka tgk jihan dlm vids tu. Sori yunnam, jihan jauh lg lawa dari chuols, cume jihan xde suara yg malas meleweh2 mcm kepunyaan chuols tu. Kobis tu pon lebih sesuai kat jihan dari chuols. Aku harap karier ko kat us tu x ke mana dgn sikap sentap ko tu, dan meratap hiba kat melayu2 20% yg ko dok stupidkan tu. Anyway, shilalat yg berperangai bbnu itu jauh lebih baik handle provoke n critics dari si kobis ni. Even najwa latif yg sah2 bbnu pon lg matured dlm handle critics. Plis yuna, get a job there...jgn la smpai nmpk sgt xde keje kat sana nun.

Betul, kita ni bukan la sokong parody meletup tu tapi x puas hati dgn Yuna yg xleh terima teguran, ...

ye..org kita ni kalau org luar xrespek/x hormat budaya kita mudah je kta maafkan tapi bila bab budaya org luar ye ye o je nak suruh kita banyak membaca la, kene paham yg sensitif pasal dorg la..
