Bak kata bekas pengetua AF2, Cikgu Ramli MS, hati kita kena bersih. Jangan ada sikap dengki. Kalau hati kita busuk, kerja kita tak berkat.
betui sangat ni. elok di praktikkan oleh pemenang tempat ke 3 musim af4 ni. ;) |

Elok sangat2 la...
MAestro ni tapehape tah... pilih kasih. Tau nak kaut duit jer. Patut la sejak AF1 dulu VINCE awal2 lagi dah kuar pegi EMI... dia dah tau kot dgn Mestro ni takde masa depan... Tapi kesian kat Nija lah. Kuar2 Maestro pun akhirnya langsung xde job gak... Dengar dah masuk syarikat Amy Mastura, tp sampai la nie senyap jer...
Kes Kaer camni gak. Dia nak buat album dengan perbelanjaan sendiri 100%, tapi selagi dia masih bawak kontrak Maestro, Maestro tetap akan amik untung gak dari album tu walaupun tak terlibat mengeluarkan titik peluh sepicis pun... |

It’s really wild looking back at this article from 2006. Nana Mahazan’s journey is such a classic example of the "growing pains" in the entertainment industry. It takes a lot of guts to admit when you feel like a "side artist" and decide to walk away from a big management like Maestro to find your own path.
The part that really got me was when she mentioned the PR staff not showing up for her events, yet her pay was still being deducted. That’s a tough pill to swallow! But her mindset—focusing on her radio career at Era and realizing she could manage herself—is honestly so inspiring. It’s all about knowing your own value and not just waiting for an agency to "make" you. As she said, quoting Cikgu Ramli, "your heart has to be clean."
Her struggle between wanting independence and dealing with the reality of the industry actually reminds me a lot of the themes of self-discovery and identity. If you’ve ever felt like you’re trying to find where you truly fit in (much like Nana did when she transitioned from AF singer to radio pro), you should check out the Nana Personality Test.
Even though it’s based on the Nana series archetypes, the psychological depth is surprisingly relevant to these real-life situations—like balancing independence versus the need for support. It’s a 5-minute deep dive into your own emotional patterns and "soul resonance." It’s pretty uncanny how accurate it is at identifying whether you're more of a fierce independent or a warm, devoted soul. Definitely worth a look if you're in a reflective mood!
