Harap tak ada lah orang tua tua termakan roti yang boleh menyebabkan mereka sakit perot dan terberak berak sekali gus menyusahkan tukang basoh berak mereka.......

Kerajaan haruslah mengambil langkah tegas untok mengelakan perkara sedemikian berlaku.

Hati2 .mungkin kilang Kotor tu apply Kat tpt yg biasa kau org pegi. .cth kau org mkn Kat gerai ke restaurant atau kafe yg dapat A sbb bersih ..bersih sbb Tak masak situ kafe pun beli dari outside vendor yg Mana murah  n rasa ok ,yg penting pelanggan nak Ada barang

Cuba guna resepi kat blog ni. Sy pakai resepi ni je. Uli pakai tangan sebab takde bread maker. Memang roti menjadi. Lembut gebu.

agaknya kot...kalau guna dough mixer h/duty 5-7 minit cukup. tapi pastu kena 2x proofing spary air masa nk bakar.

kalau google bakery kuchai lama memang list leluhur melambak situ..

teringat dulu kt johor, umah aku dekat kilang bakery.

balik sekolah lalu belakang kedai tu nampak apek2 tak pakai baju dok uli roti ramai2..

aku risau bulu ketiak je gugur masuk doh..

Adui tang zhong ni lagi lah, benci betul nak buat. Punyalah lembik doh tu, ish sakit atiii. You buat jadi maybe sebab uli pakai tangan kot? Kalau tgk kat youtube org cina ke korea ke jepun buat tang zhong ni guna tangan, ewah2 kejap jeeee cantik dah kejadian, tak melekat pn doh tu kat tangan.  Waktu PKP tu berapa kali percubaan I buat tang zhong ni mg x penah nak jadi. I syak mmg bread maker i ni murahan.

Maybeee la pasal heavy duty mixer tu, sebab tgk kat youtube org tu buat tang zhong bread guna heavy duty, total uli time 15 minit je dah purrrfect. Compare to bread maker i 40 minit uli non stop pun masih takde tekstur dohnya. Budus la.. pasrah je makan roti keras. Nak uli guna tangan plk xde space and x larat. Kaka guna mixer brand apa?

kaka guna brand murah je chuols..stand mixer butterfly h/duty 5L . 1kg skli jalan siap..senang. bread maker ni utk sikit2 bole..lagi dia uli tak rata tu psal doh keras.
