Aikk bila baca rasa2 mcm company besar tp all this while tak ada HR ? HQ company iols keje staff 200 lebih je pn ada 4 staff kt HR department... itu pn silih berganti manager dan executive nya... tiap setahun dua mesti ada yg cabut... tu je la nk komen... nk komen lebih2 iols bukan department HR.. tapi selalu beranginn dgan HR manager time meeting... selalu buat polisi yg memudahkan kerja dia n menyusahkan staff lain......

kalau dah ada employee handbook boleh start dari ctu je..sbb sepatutnya semua clause dh cover.. attendance, leave, allowance, salary, training, medical, performance appraisal etc

cuma kalau bagi hardcopy ko teruk sikit la nak key in 70 form tu
tapi kalau ko bagi format dalam excel kat diaorg suruh key ini senang sikit keje ko

macam HR i yang dulu, dia circulate form staff information yang baru pada staff & dia suruh semua staff fill up balik & from there dia create new database. you kena inisiatif sendiri instead of tunggu org bagi nanti kerja you delay
